Clay Hill Farm Restaurant’s 2011 Green Wedding Giveaway has just brought a third
consecutive year of sustainable unions to the state of Maine. On June 26th, Luke Fuller
and Cassi Madison of Portland, Maine exchanged vows at Clay Hill Farm in York, Me
after winning one of three free eco-weddings sponsored, conceived and executed by
the green restaurant and event facility, Clay Hill Farm. The wedding was a shining
example of sustainability. Passionate about the locavore movement, Luke and Cassi
celebrated their special day with a Clay Hill Farm menu that incorporated local farm
products and produce.
